What's included in the tour price?

Every tour includes private, air-conditioned transport, a certified multilingual guide, entry fees to the sites visited, and bottled water. Some tours also include lunch — check the Included/Not Included list on each tour page.

How do I pay for my booking?

You can pay cash on the day of the tour, or via bank transfer. Your chosen payment method is confirmed when you book.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes — contact us as soon as possible by phone or email and we'll do our best to move your booking to another available date.

What languages are the tours offered in?

Our guides lead tours in Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish.

Do you offer private/custom tours?

Yes. Every group already travels privately rather than on a shared coach — get in touch if you'd like a custom itinerary or a different start date than what's listed.

What should I bring?

Comfortable shoes, sun protection, and a valid ID. For desert tours, bring a light jacket for cool desert evenings.

Is airport pickup available?

Yes — we run private airport transfers between Tunis, Enfidha, Monastir and Djerba airports and hotels in Hammamet, Sousse and Monastir, available 24/7.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a few days ahead, especially in peak season (spring and autumn), to guarantee availability on your preferred date.
