Bookings

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking number and confirmation from our team. Prices are per person and shown in euros unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Depending on the tour, you may pay cash on the day or online in advance. Available payment methods are shown when you book.

Cancellations & changes

Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We'll do our best to move your booking to another date; refund eligibility depends on how close to the tour date you cancel.

Your responsibilities

Please arrive at the agreed pickup point on time and bring a valid ID. We reserve the right to adjust an itinerary for safety, weather, or site availability reasons.

Liability

We work with vetted guides and drivers and take reasonable care throughout each tour, but travel involves inherent risk. We recommend travel insurance for all guests.
